PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a desired deformation mode at a rear part of a car body. SOLUTION: A utility rail 1 fixed on a car body side wall at a rear part in a cabin and extended in an axial direction of a car body to support other members has a cut 19 at a specified position in the middle of extension of a rail main body 11 comprising aluminum material, and a fragile part W easy to buckle and deform is formed. A middle installation part 1e of the fragile part W positioned close to the car body front side is installed on the car body side wall by a tapping screw 22. At the time of collision at a rear surface, input load is concentrated to the fragile part W to bend the fragile part W. Installation strength of the middle installation part 1e is set to be weaker than that of a forward end part 1a and a rear end part 1b, so the middle installation part 1e is immediately removed from the car body side wall, and the utility rail 1 is cut off at the fragile part W. The utility rail 1 becoming an obstacle in deformation of the car body rear part at the time of collision at the rear surface can thus be avoided.
