PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mud ball from being formed since a hair, a fiber, or the like in water flow into a filtration tower by arranging a hair catcher in which a porous catching material is filled in a front part of the filtration tower in a circulating passage in the case where water of a pool, a bathtub or the like is, in a circulating manner, used. SOLUTION: For raw water 5, a fibrous material of a hair or the like is removed by a hair catcher to which a cover 9 is fixed to by a fixing tool 10, a suspended solid is removed by a filtration tower, and after being treated by sterilization as occasion demands, the raw water 5 is reused. Herein, a string like material 11-1 is lined on an inner wall surface of a porous container 8 forming a main part of the hair catcher, or a porous material in which a water passing channel becomes complicated such as a hair ball-like material, a spongy material or the like is filled as a catching material 8-2. Since the fibrous material such as the hair or the like in water can be easily and surely removed by twining around thereby, the fibrous material is prevented from flowing in the filtration tower, and forming of a mud ball in the filtration tower can be dissolved.
