PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently concentrate a photographic waste liquid by evaporation without leaking an odor outside in a small sized and low costed structure by a method wherein an auxiliary means is rotatably provided additively so that a liquid in a storing container goes repetitively in and out, and an outer periphery of the auxiliary means is allowed to approach or come in light contact with a bottom surfae in the storing container. SOLUTION: After storing a liquid in a storing container 110 of an evaporation part 100, an auxiliary means 113 comprising many disk-like members 113-1 is rotativery driven by applying an electricity to a heater H, and then the liquid is evaporated to generate a vapor. This vapor passes through a channel L1 constituting a circulating route L by a draft means 230 and advances into a heat exchanger 210 of a condensation part 21. Though the vapor transfers in a second passage 215, it is liquified by being cooled by the air flowing through a first passage 213 by an axial-frow fan F. A condensed liquid generated by the heat exchange is successively stored in a condensed liquid tank 80 via a drain D. At this time, the auxiliary means 113 goes in and out from the liquid to increase a gas-liquid interface, and an evaporation efficiency is improved.
