PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming glass products which forms the recessed patterns on the outer flanks of the glass products not as the conventional points but as wire-shaped patterns. SOLUTION: In the swinging blow-forming method of the glass products which executes blow forming while rotating a parison 4 hung down by a neck ring 5 in a finishing mold 6, the rotation of the neck ring is stopped in the final stage of the blow-forming stage and >=2 pieces of planar members 11 disposed in the finishing mold are advanced and retreated into and from the inside of the finishing mold 6, by which the wire-shaped recessed parts 2 at >=2 points are formed in a part on the outer flanks of the glass products.
