PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly connect a high position to a low position by providing a level different ground in a building to thereby efficiently use the whole ground. SOLUTION: In this dwelling house having a level different ground gradually lower from the front side to the rear side, a building 2 is arranged ranging from the high position of the ground 1 to the low position and a level difference is formed on a first floor of the building 2 in accordance with the level difference of the ground 1. A halfway 9 and a parking area 3 are arranged on the first high position floor 7, a low position floor 6, the high position floor 7 and a second floor are connected together with stairways 8, 12 and the high position floor 7 is arranged in the middle of the stairways 8, 12.
