<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation performance and cooling performance by providing a control valve between a first evaporator and an accumulator so as not to allow a refrigerant for a first cooling cycle to flow in a second cooling cycle at a time when only the second cooling cycle is operated. SOLUTION: In a multi cooling air conditioner provided with a first cooling cycle having a sequential connection of a compressor 2, a condenser 4, a pressure reducing apparatus 6, and an evaporator 10 and a second cooling cycle having a sequential connection of a compressor 2a, a condenser 4a, a pressure reducing apparatus 6a, and an evaporator 10a, a control valve 106 for controlling a refrigerant flow is provided between the evaporator 10 and an accumulator 40 so as not to allow a refrigerant inside the first cooling cycle to flow in the second compressor 2a at a time when only a second room is cooled. A check valve 102 for refrigerant backflow prevention is provided on a communicating pipe 52 connecting the first cooling cycle with the second cooling cycle so as not allow the refrigerant from the condenser 4 to flow in the second cooling cycle at a time when operation is for only a first room.</p> |
