PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make finer adjustments of limping of left and right tilt cylinders and of a tilt angle of a mast than conventional adjustments, in a tilt cylinder connecting device for a forklift. SOLUTION: In this tilt cylinder connecting device for the forklift connecting a tilt bracket 2 fixed to a mast and a tilt cylinder 3 via an eccentric pin 5 so that a cylinder limping and a mast tilt angle may be adjusted, a fixing plate 6 for fixing the eccentric pin 5 to an adjusting location is provided with an angular hole 6a of a regular hexagonal shape fitted into a head part 5a of the same shape of the eccentric pin 5 and two through holes 6b, 6c across an apex angle on a circular arc concentric with a center of the angular hole 6a. The one through hole 6b is set to a location at 7, 5 deg. from the apex angle and the other through hole 6c is set to a location at 15 deg. from the apex angle. The tilt bracket 2 is provided with two bolt holes 2c, 2d for mounting fixing bolt 7 for fixing the fixing plate 6 to an adjusting location at intervals of 45 deg..
