PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating layer on molding by applying a coating agent in such a state that the agent is exposed on the pictorial face of a molding die and then bringing a molding blank into contact with a mold face an further applying the coating agent to the molding blank. SOLUTION: The halves of a mold 13 are separated from each other to open a molding space part 14 and sprays 17 are introduced into the space part 14 and further a coating agent 5 is applied to a mold face 15 by the sprays 17. Next the sprays 17 are detached and an opening part fixture 19 which holds a bottomed cylindrical parison 1 is introduced into the mold 13. Further the halves of the mold 13 are brought into contact with each other to close the molding space part 14. Thus the parison 1 is gripped and fixed by the opening part fixture 19 and the recessed part 13a of the mold 13. The parison 1 fixed by the opening part 1a is stretched along the longitudinal axis using an ejector rod 2 to eject the bottom part 1b of the parison 1. Consequently the parison 1 is brought into contact with the bottom part of the mold 13 and a fluid such as air is forced into the molding blank 1 by the opening fixture 19 to inflate the parison 1 and the outer face of the molding blank 1 is brought into contact with the mold face 15.
