PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse the gas streamed out from the vent hole of an air bag across a wide range. SOLUTION: An air bag 1 is formed by suturing a front panel 2 with a rear panel 3, on which a vent hole 5 is provided and a nozzle 6 consisting of a cylindrical cloth is extended from this vent hole 5 and sutured to the rear panel 3. The ratio (L/D) of the diameter D of the vent hole 5 against the length L of the nozzle 6 is 0.5-3. The nozzle 6 is swung, when the gas is streamed out, so that the gas is dispersed in a wide range.
