摘要 FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in endosurgery of hollow tubular organs. The device has operating assembly which includes trap formed by two blades. One of blades is made in the form of spiral carcass as body of revolution in which straight blade is arranged. Some ends of both blades are rigidly connected thus forming trap and other ends are coupled to members of manipulator. The latter is provided with hollow cylindrical cup having axial hole in dead end and pipe connection positioned on its external surface. Catheter end is coupled to pipe connection. Bushing with rod arranged in it is positioned in cup coaxially to its longitudinal axis. Recess is provided on external surface of bushing, and one end of bushing has bead with hole for attachment of helical blade end in it. End of straight blade is fixed to rod end. Device variant is characterized by manipulator peculiarities. They consist in that manipulator is provided with body which cover has slots with recesses for attachment of locks moving along slots. Recesses are made on internal side of cover. They accommodate plates pressing locks by one side and resting with their opposite side on ends of springs installed in guides secured on internal surface of base of manipulator body. Ends of both blades are connected rigidly to locks. The device variants possess enhanced reliability of operating assemblies. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 13 cl, 5 dwg
