FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition as colloidal nanocapsule suspension containing the oily phase formed by oil that has in solution a surface-active substance and nanocapsules in suspension (diameter is below 500 nM) and involving an aqueous phase formed by solution or suspension of therapeutically active substance, surface-active substance and ethanol in the known cases and the method of making the composition to be proposed. Walls of the above indicated nanocapsules are formed by poly-(2-alkylcyanoacrylate) being alkyl radical of that has from 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Invention provides to obtain microcapsules of decreased size (below 1 mcm) showing the therapeutical activity of substance to be proposed.
