FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specific immunotherapy and passive prophylaxis of mixed forms of infectious enteritis and enterocolitis in newborn calves. Bullock-producers are hyperimmunized with polyvalent viral and escherichia antigens. For this purpose cultural suspensions of rota-, corona- and herpes viruses are used as viral antigens. Viruses are cultured on transplanted cell cultures separately, respectively: on pig embryo kidney cultured cells (line SPEV), cow embryo kidney (line MDVK) and cow embryo trachea cultured cells (line TR). Somatic, adhesive antigens (K99, A20) and TL-, TS-anatoxins of E. coli are used as escherichia antigen. Hyperimmunization of bullock-producers is carried out by intravenous infusion of mixture of viral antigens and subcutaneous injection of escherichia antigen in increase doses at 14-16 days interval. Polyspecific hyperimmune serum is used for local protection of intestine and immunotherapy in mixed rota-, corona-, herpes viral and escherichia diarrhea in newborn calves. Invention provides passive immunity for maximum short times and emergency treatment of animals with developed sickness.
