SOLUTION: At the time of additionally pushing a card 10 to turn on a sensor means 5 after inserting the card 10 into a card slot 3, information equivalent to money in the card 10 is read out and the information equivalent to money and game charge information are compared with each other. As the result of comparing, in a case that information equivalent to money recorded in the recording area of the card 10 is more than game charge information, a playing signal is sent to a game device.
