SOLUTION: In a device that utilizing natural energy such as sunlight, wind, and tidal energy for generating electricity, a calendar function 8 is available, where the calendar function 8 is provided with a date and time function, a sunrise and sunset time function, a function regarding the ebb and flow time of a tide, a function for judging the start and stop of power supply to the generating device itself, or the like. In a time zone where generation cannot be made by the natural energy, the power supply to functions other that the calendar function 8 is stopped. |
