摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a helium-cooled zero-boil-off recondensation type superconducting magnet assembly provided with a sleeve, which makes the insertion and removing of a cryocooler possible with the minimum vacuum break, when an MRI is operated in a superconducting state. SOLUTION: A recompressible indium gasket 29, which is positioned between a cryocooler and a recondenser, contains web segments 90 and 92 which connect central parts of the terminals of a plurality of separated parallel grating lines and adjacent grating lines to each other and have smaller thicknesses. Consequently, improved thermal conductivity can be obtained, while the pressure applied to a zero boil-off recondensation type superconducting magnet assembly is minimized, because the gasket 29 can be compressed easily.
