PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary storage battery in which the vibration isolation of the storage battery can surely be increased, the storage battery is neither damaged nor short-circuited, and the storage battery can be easily, efficiently and safely lifted on a frame using a lifter. SOLUTION: In a stationary storage battery device in which a storage battery 1 is mounted on a frame 10, a frame-like leg part 4 is provided on a lower part of the storage battery 1. A through hole 7 is formed in a peripheral surface of the leg part 4, a belt 15 is passed through the through hole 7, and the leg part 4 of the storage battery 1 is tightened and fixed to a bottom angle 12 of the frame 10 by the belt 15. |
