PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board for countermeasures against harmful insects, wherein the enhancement (the prevention of generation of irregularities in thickness, oozing, a warpage and the like) of the quality of the board is contrived, the enhancement of the efficient repellent effect of the board and a securement of the stability of the board are realized, and reduction in the unsatisfactory state in a component mounting process due to a warpage of the board can be contrived. SOLUTION: Electronic component materials 5, which are used as a paint containing a repellent agent having a repellent effect to harmful insects having a sensory nerve, are applied selectively on at least one surface of a printed wiring board having a conductive layer 2 and an insulating layer on the surface on at least one side of the surfaces of the insulating layer 1. As a result, a printed wiring board realizing enhancement of productivity, enhancement of quality and reduction in cost without impairing the repellent effect, can be realized.
