PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an interface substrate having different redundant constitutions with respect to a prescribed slot group by using a plurality of slots constituting one logic block of two rows/byn-columns. SOLUTION: A plurality of slots 11 on a back wire board 10 are divided into a plurality of logic blocks 12 of two rows/four columns, namely, in which eight slots are set to be one block. Three kinds of interface packages are selectively mounted on the respective logic blocks 12, and prescribed redundant constitution is given in the logic blocks. At mounting a 1/2 size package, eight 1/2 size packages can be mounted on a single logic block 12 and the four groups of duplex systems of 1:1 or N:E can be realized as the redundancy constitution, for example. In the 1/2 size package, the redundancy constitution of an (N+1)-system, namely. N:1 and the redundancy constitution of the duplex system in a multiple width package can be adopted.
