PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the linear output characteristic of a CMOS amplifier. SOLUTION: A resistance 7 having a resistance value larger than that of a transmission gate is serially connected to the transmission gate consisting of P-channel type MOSFET 3 and N-channel type MOSFET 4. Thus, an output signal Vout is prevented from being influenced by the nonlinear characteristic of the resistance value of the transmission gate and, then, a rectangular wave output signal Vout with 50% duty is obtained.
