PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thermal conversion efficiency durable against high temperature and high pressure refrigerant by providing a positioning member for simultaneously inserting a plurality of tubes coupled in parallel between headers of a serpentine type heat exchanger for a refrigerating cycle to mounting holes of the headers opened with the tubes. SOLUTION: Tubes 1 having refrigerant channels divided into three in parallel directed from a windward direction to a leeward side are brazed to headers 4, 5. Mounting holes coincident with a sectional shape of the channels are opened, engaged with the respective channels and brazed to the tubes 1. Pressures applied to the holes are reduced to be sufficiently durable against a high pressure. The tubes 1 mounted in the holes are separately formed at the channels, and grooves functioned as positioning members lower that much corresponding to inserting margins of the headers 4, 5 are formed simultaneously insertably to the holes provided at the tubes 1. Number of the refrigerant holes per one header 1 is increased in pressure resistance by ensuring a refrigerant flow rate by providing many pores. The tubes are thinned and bent, reduced at its roundness R to increase its heat transfer area, thereby improving heat radiating properties.
