PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a remaining liquid level through visual observation of appearance as gas barrier properties are ensured. SOLUTION: The outer surface of a plastic liner 1 is covered with a metallic foil 2 and the outside thereof is further reinforced with FRP layers 4 and 5. In a so formed plastic liner type FRP pressure vessel, the plastic liner 1 and the FRP layers 4 and 5 are formed of a transparent or translucent material and a slit 3 extending along the direction of the length of the plastic liner 1 or a peripheral direction is formed in the metallic foil 2.
