PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a measuring apparatus operable from a remote place by supplying commands and information that a web server receives from an execution browser of a remote client computer to an executor to move the measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 112 is enabled on a web to form a measuring apparatus 102. Commands and information for executing the operation of the measuring apparatus 112 are received from a user using a browser 120 being executed by a remote client computer 104 to execute the operation. The operation result is returned to the browser 120 of the remote client computer 104 for the user. A script executor 114 and web server 116 associated with a web page 118 enable the measuring apparatus 102 whereby the measuring apparatus 112 can be monitored or controlled in response to monitor commands, control commands or information provided therefrom and the data execution is enabled.
