PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small-sized thin optical head and a disk recording/ reproducing device by remarkably reducing the whole height of the optical head. SOLUTION: An integrated unit 7 is fixed to an optical base 16, and also by performing the plane adjustment for an objective lens driving device 13 in the radial direction (X-direction) and the tangential direction (Y-direction), the relative position adjustment and the optical axis adjustment among a semiconductor laser, the objective lens and a multi-divisional photodetector are executed at the time of adjusting a focus error signal and a tracking error signal of the optical head.
