The filter comprises a primary filter (1), a secondary filter (4), a UV lamp (2) to kill the microorganisms and a final filter (8,10,12,14) which removes all particles, microorganisms and allergens from the air before providing it to a sealed sterile shell enclosing a cabin, bed, stretcher, mask, chair or wheelchair.
