PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make deformation, etc., smaller even under such severe conditions as high-temp. and high-humidity conditions by regulating the values, such as max. height, of protective films at the cross section in the thickness direction of the respective protective films in contact with double coated tacky adhesive tapes of single bodies of two substrates. SOLUTION: The respective protective films in contact with the double coated tacky adhesive tapes of the single bodies of the first and second substrates is so formed as to satisfy the equation: r2/h/r1<2.9, where the max. height of the projecting parts of the protective films at the cross section in the thickness direction of the respective protective films is defined as (h); the distance between the intersection point of the tangent of the slope heading toward the inner peripheral side of the medium from this max. height position and the tangent of the flat parts of the protective films and the intersection point of the perpendicular heading toward the transparent substrates from this position and the tangent of the flat parts of the protective film as r1 and the distance between the intersection point of the tangent of the slope heading toward the outer peripheral side of the medium from the max. height position and the tangent of the flat parts of the protective films and the intersection point of the perpendicular heading toward the transparent substrates from this position and the tangent of the flat parts of the protective film as r2. |
