PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of preliminary pressure in a bearing by improving the bonding agent coating structure. SOLUTION: A positioning member 29, with which the upper end surface of inner ring of a bearing 18 arranged at the base area side of a rotating shaft 16 is in contact, is formed in a surface near the base area of the rotating shaft 16 of a rotor 14, a spacer 28 is interposed as a gap holding member between the external rings of both bearings 18, 20, a bonding agent 36 filling the recessed area 34 formed by the end portion of the rotating shaft 16, and the inner ring is hardened and fixed in the condition in that the inner ring of the bearing 20 in the end part side is preliminarily pressurized toward the base end area. Thereby, the inner ring is fixed to the rotating shaft 16. Thereby, bonding strength of inner ring can be attained to maintain stable rotation of the rotor 14, without leak in the preliminary pressure with respect to the bearings 18, 20.
