PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode current control circuit of an electron tube in which the temperature stability of the high frequency characteristic is improved. SOLUTION: A temperature sensing circuit 13 mounted on an electron tube 1, for example, a part close to an anode electrode is a temperature detection element whose resistance value is changed when the temperature is changed. The output of the temperature sensing circuit 13 is transmitted to a comparison judgment part 14, and controls the generated voltage of an anode power supply voltage generation part 16 by the judged output. At the same time, the output of the comparison judgment part 14 is transmitted to a helix or body power supply voltage generation part 10, and controls the generated voltage to be applied to a helix or body electrode 3.
