PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably carry even a singly prepared homepage provided with information suitable for the carriage of a short period and to enlarge the application range of the homepage. SOLUTION: A homepage post 21p transmits the prepared or read contents of the homepage, a primary reception server 30 receives and stores the transmitted contents and terminals 41-44 for an examination read the contents stored in the primary reception server 30 and return inputted classification information to the primary reception server corresponding to the contents. The primary reception server 30 registers the corresponding contents to a server 50 for a bulletin board so as to be read from the outside, based on the returned classification information by a classification means and the server 50 eliminates the contents based on the transmission date and prescribed carrying period of the contents.
