PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a large sign board without any hindrance to travel when a vehicle is moved by installing the rectangular sign board on the bed of the vehicle so that it can be elevated/lowered and rotated in a vertical plane. SOLUTION: On a base 3, a main body frame 4 is stood and fixed at the inner part of the bed 2 while crossing the bed 2. The main body frame 4 is equipped with an elevation frame 7 so that it can move up and down, and the elevation frame 7 is supported on the main body frame 7 by fitting guide rollers rail groove parts of guide rails so that they can roll. When the display board 9 is used, a wire rope 15 is wound by driving a motor-driven winding machine 12. Consequently, the elevation frame 7 moves up vertically by being guided by the guide rollers of the main body frame 4. The rotary shaft of the sign board 9 is elevated vertically by the said elevation and a link stops an upper link pin provided deviating from the rotary shaft from moving up, so the sign board 9 rotates while moving up.
