PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning and attaching device for parts, etc., in which efficiency of a space is enhanced so that the device is miniaturized and also by which attaching operation is simplified. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an attaching member 5 provided with a positioning and attaching part 14 constituted of a cylindrical positioning protruding part 15 and an attaching hole 16 provided on the bottom part of the part 15, and a member 22 to be attached on which an attaching boss part 26 fitted inside the part 15 and communicating with the hole 16 in a fitting condition is formed. The part 26 is fitted inside the part 15 so that a set screw 17 is screwed to the holes 16 and 27 in a state where the part 26 is fitted inside the part 15 so that the member 22 is attached to the member 5.
