摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the anticorrosion structure of the end part of a pipe coupling for earthquake resistance to facilitate joining of earthquake resistant structure using a cut end at a laying work at a site and provide excellent workability. SOLUTION: A tip cushioning material 3 is wholly attached to the cut end 11 of the spigot 1 of a cut pipe for covering and a slope 12 and a backup ring 6 and a groove part cushioning material 4 are attached to the exposed inner surface 21 of the spigot 2 of the cut pipe and an concealed inner surface 22, respectively. A portion extending from the whole surface of the tip cushioning material 3 to the exposed surface of the spigot ring 2 and the backup ring 6 is covered with an anticorrosion cover 5 formed by molding an anticorrosive metal being a sheet. The lower end part of the backup ring 6 and the upper end part of the groove part cushioning material 4 are inseparably engaged with each other. A non-painting surface where anticorrosion paint is shaved off and the outer surface of the exposed spigot ring 2 are covered with the anticorrosion cover 5 to prevent the occurrence of rusting and the side of a fit-in groove having slip-off preventing action and remaining non-paint surface is prevented from rusting through coordination between the backup ring 6 and the groove part cushioning material 4.
