PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-return valve capable of improving the durability even when the valve opening sensitivity is excellent. SOLUTION: This non-return valve V prevents the reverse flow of air A from an outlet side by arranging a valve element 20 consisting of a polymer elastic body so as to close an air flow path 10a in a valve case 10 to which an air inlet side tube and an air outlet side tube are connected. The valve element 20 is provided with an umbrella part 21 narrowed to the downstream side of the air A, and a slit 25 for the air outlet which is closable by the pressure of the air A to press a circumferential edge in the reverse flow and extended to open in the direction orthogonal to the air outlet direction is provided on a top part 24 of the umbrella part 21. One edge 26 side orthogonal to the slit 25 at the peripheral edge of the slit 25 of the valve element 20 is arranged under the pressure F in the closing direction of the slit 25.
