PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel capable of simplifying a constitution of a drive system by lightening weight of the two-unit flywheel. SOLUTION: This flywheel is one that has a first balance ring 1 connectable to a drive shaft and a second balance ring 2 connectable to a driven shaft 8 and has the first and the second balance ring 1, 2 mutually relatively rotatable and has then supported mutually concentrically and has a rotary spring 5 installed between them for absorbing a rotational vibration. A revolving speed adaptive absorber 3 is fixed to the second balance spring, this absorbing device has at least one hub part 19 rotatable around a rotary axial line 18 and a plurality of absorber units 20, and each of the absorber unit can be turned around a turn axial line positioned by providing a space from the rotary axial line 18.
