PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both image quality and resistance in burying additional information to image data. SOLUTION: In this image processing method for burying the additional information to the image data, as shown in the figure for instance, by constituting the components (a), (b), (c) and (d) of a pixel to be buried or a spatial frequency of plural pieces and changing the data values of the plural pieces of the components of the buried pixel or the spatial frequency corresponding to a value corresponding to the data value, the additional information is buried.
