PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic record chart system for allowing a doctor to view the whole images in the past and present situations of a certain patient on one screen, and to view the whole details by using one screen as a start point. SOLUTION: This is an electronic record chart system for electronically preparing and preserving plural medical care records, and is provided with a date label displaying means for displaying date labels related to the medical care recording sheets for calling and displaying the medical care recording sheets prepared on a date designated by a user in the order of the dates at least at the right or left side part of a display screen for displaying the medical care recording sheets. The date label displaying means displays the date labels at the both right and left edges of the display screen in the order of the dates. In this case, it is desired that the date label on a date before the date of the medical care recording sheet displayed at present is displayed at one side part of the screen, and the date label at a date after the date of the medical care recording sheet opened at present is displayed in the other side part of the screen. |
