PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an apparatus, reduce manufacture costs, remove a moving part for transferring a specimen container and a reaction container as much as possible and eliminate maintenance by making a horizontal direction track of a dispensing means by a moving means agree with a part of a container transfer track by a transferring means. SOLUTION: A conveyor 5 is a looped infinite track developed schematically in a rectangular shape. A specimen container and a reaction container on the conveyor 5 are transferred in an arrow direction (a) by a transferring means coupled to a motor. A dispensing means 6 is moved in a horizontal and a vertical directions by a moving means. A movement track in the horizontal direction of the dispensing means is adapted to agree with a part of the transfer direction of the containers. The track in the horizontal direction of the dispensing means shown by an arrow (b) agrees partly with the transfer track by the transferring means. The dispensing means 6 of a permanent type has a cleaning means equipped with a feed port 7 for a nozzle-cleaning water and a liquid discharge port 8 for automatically discarding the cleaning water contaminated with specimens subsequent to cleaning of nozzles. The nozzles are cleaned before different specimens are sucked and discharged, thereby avoiding a cross contamination of specimens. |
