PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the destruction of data in spite of the deterioration at the beginning end and terminal of a recording region at the time of repetitively recording the data on an optical disk. SOLUTION: This optical disk recording method using the optical disk provided with the recording region in sectors includes a step of forming the first pseudo data recording region by recording the pseudo data 21 in the recording region described above, a step of forming a synchronous pull-in pattern recording region by recording a synchronous pull-in pattern 22 which is the same as the pseudo data 21 in the recording region in succession to the first pseudo data recording region, a step of forming the data recording region by recording the data to the recording region in succession to the synchronous pull-in pattern recording region described above and a step of forming the second pseudo data recording region by recording the pseudo data 25 in the recording region in succession to the data recording region.
