PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette sensor which does not sense infrared rays radiated from a human body but senses infrared rays radiated by fire of a cigarette 43 and generates an alarm. SOLUTION: A sensor body 1 is equipped with a filter 16 which attenuates infrared rays radiated from a human body and transmits infrared rays radiated from fire of a cigarette 43, at least a sensor 2 for sensing the infrared rays transmitting the filter 16 and outputting a sensed signal, and an alarm sound output part 3 for outputting an alarm sound on the basis of the sensed signal the sensor 2 outputs.
