PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to grain by decreasing a lot area of a facility as much as possible, and shortening a grain conveying route. SOLUTION: In the country elevator comprising a plurality of main silos 7A to 7F (7), gap silos 8A, 8B (8) installed at a central upper part surrounded by the silos 7, a dryer installed at a central lower part surrounded by the silos 7, and a means for supplying grain from the gap silos to the dryer; the grain is supplied from the gap silos 8 to the dryer, and the grain discharged from the dryer is dried while circulating the grain to the gap silos 8.
