PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device where the position of a mobile station is grasped with high precision independently of a distance between the mobile station and a base station without the need for a new installation in the mobile station and the base station. SOLUTION: Plural base stations 12 each having a prescribed radio zone 14 and provided with an intrinsic identification code transmit given same transmission data while being code-spread by the identification code intrinsic to each base station with the same frequency to a mobile station 13 that belongs to either one or over of the prescribed radio zones where the plural base stations have and makes communication with one among the base stations. The mobile station 13 receives each of transmission waves sent by the plural base stations and is provided with a signal processing section consisting of a storage means that stores each of the intrinsic identification codes given to the plural base stations and of plural correlation devices that obtain a delay amt. based on a code stream outputted by a reception means, obtains delay information with respect to each of the transmission waves sent by the plural base stations based on the code stream received by the signal processing section and transmits these delay information to the base station.
