PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplayer wiring structure and wiring method in which the wiring area of the multiplayer wiring structure can be reduced and a branch wiring can be taken out freely from any layer. SOLUTION: The multiplayer wiring structure is formed by arranging signal lines (A, B, C,...) of (MN-1) or less in a wiring region R1 comprising unit regions R2 of M layers and N rows (M, N are integers of 2 or above) such that the signal lines can move to each unit region R2 of the wiring region R1 and arranging branch lines (a, b, c,...) at desired positions of the signal line by moving a specific signal line to a desired unit region R2.
