PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cutout work of an object from a picture, with which an operator is burdened, simpler and surer. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an object extraction part 50 which performs extraction processing of a specific object from a picture by executing specific processing on the basis of a specified position or picture data of an area, an outline part establishing part 60 for selecting and establishing an arbitrary part of an outline obtained by this extraction processing and an outline integration part 70 for connecting and integrating a fragment of the established outline. A part which coincides with a correct outline of the object out of outlines extracted from the picture is successively selected and established by forming a closed curved line by integrating a set of fragments of the outline obtained by repeating these processing and deciding the outline of the object, and it is possible to gradually construct a whole of outlines of the object by connecting and integrating the set of fragments of the established outline. |
