<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power consumption by eliminating cyclic interruption by counting counter values by input clocks, and interrupting a CPU and carrying on the counting of the counter values when a specific counter set value is reached. SOLUTION: The CPU 1 executes a built-in real-time OS and user programs using it. A clock counter 4 consists of a 32-bit hardware counter that the built-in real-time OS uses to maintain the current time. A timer counter 5 consists of a 32-bit hardware counter that the built-in real-time OS uses to actualize a timer function. The counter values of the clock counter 4 and timer counter 5 are counted by input clocks and when a counted counter value reaches the specific counter set value, the CPU 1 is interrupted and also controlled so that the counter values continued to be counted.</p> |
