PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance property by openably mounting a cover at a suction port, and engaging an exhaust duct with an outer cover to be formed in a double structure so that the cover can be contained together with a hinge for supporting the cover, thereby upgrading shut-off operability. SOLUTION: The exhaust duct has in combination a suction port duct 10 having a suction port 11 and a cover 12 and an outdoor duct disposed outdoor, and exhausts an exhaust air sucked from the port 11 outdoor by an exhaust fan contained in the outdoor duct. The duct 10 has a double structure surrounding the duct 13 by an outer cover 14, and has louvers 15 detachable from and attachable to an inlet of an inner duct 13, i.e., the port 11. The louvers 15 have a structure in which the port 11 inclined at an angleθof 10 to 20 deg. are closed by the flat plate-like cover 12. A cover containing space is formed under an inner duct 21 and in an outer cover 14 and has a cover hinge and guide rail mechanism 20 associated with the space. Thus, the cover of the suction port of the exhaust duct and the hinge are contained in the outer cover to improve its appearance.
