PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open and close a cap without making a hand dirty by constituting a cap provided with a valve device at an oil supply port with a cap portion which is formed by a metal member and a handle portion which is made of a synthetic resin for mounting the cap portion. SOLUTION: An oil supply port 3 having a screw portion 3a is mounted with a cap portion 4c having a screw portion 4a that matches with the screw portion 3a. A rubber packing 6 is interposed between the oil supply port 3 and the cap portion 4c for sealing. The cap 4 consists of the cap portion 4c formed by a metal member which comprises a valve device constituted with a valve body 8 with the top thereof being fitted with an O-shaped ring 9, a coil spring 10 for pressing the valve body 8 to a closing direction, and a valve holding cylinder 7 for holding the valve body 8 and the coil spring 10; and a handle portion 5 made of a synthetic resin which is integrally formed clamping a flange 4d which is formed at an edge portion of the cap portion 4c.
