PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the gas generated at the time of soldering from being confined in an electrode part and to stably and firmly attack a dielectric plane antenna by installing a groove crossing a ground electrode or a slit crossing the ground electrode on a surface where the ground electrode of the dielectric substrate of the dielectric plane antenna is formed. SOLUTION: The radiation electrode 11 of a size decided by a resonance frequency is formed on the surface of a dielectric substrate 10. A ground electrode 12 is formed on a whole confronting face. Grooves 17 crossing the ground electrode 12 are formed at the back of the dielectric substrate 10. The grooves 17 are formed so that they pass through the center of the dielectric substrate 10 and they extend to the end face of the substrate. It is desirable that the two grooves cross at right angles at the center. The grooves can be pulled out to four corners. When an electrode 15 connected to the radiation electrode is overlapped with the positions of the grooves, it is better to form the groove around the electrode 15. When the groove is also formed around the electrode 15, the shorting preventing effect of the electrode 15 and ground electrode 12 is realized.
