<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely synchronize the timing signal of a radio communication base station. SOLUTION: A base station 502 generates its own timing signal based on the frequency of a reference timing signal and the phase of a feedback signal. The reference timing signal can be provided from one common timing source and from various timing sources designed so as to have the same frequency as well. The feedback signal is generated as a result of joining two feedback loops. In the first (second) feedback loop, the feedback signal is based on the phase of the timing signal of the base station itself (based on the phase of timing signals from one or plural nearby base stations). The feedback signal is generated based on the logic AND or NAND function of timing signals of the base station itself and any nearby base station.</p> |
