摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to observe a light display screen by forming a light scattering film of microlenses and a flattening layer and forming at least the microlenses at a non-pixel part over both a pixel part and the non- pixel part. SOLUTION: The light made incident on the non-pixel part from an observer side where the light scattering film 21 consisting of the microlenses 2 and flattening layer 3 is formed on an observer-side substrate enters the pixel part by being refracted by the microlenses 2. Then the light is reflected by a metal reflecting film 9 formed on a back-side substrate and exits from the observer- side substrate to the observer side. In this case, the microlenses 2 positioned at the non-pixel part overlapping with the pixel part (formed over both the non-pixel part and pixel part) are formed at intervals wider than the width of the non-pixel part so as to efficiently guide the light made incident on the non-pixel part from the observer side.
