PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of a socket part by constituting a turnably disposed means in such a manner that a connector part may be inserted without restricting the part in a first turning position and that a socket is closed in a second turning position. SOLUTION: The left side of the socket part 10 is provided with an outer socket housing 11 and a frame 18 fitted thereto. The lower lateral side of the frame 18 is freely turnably provided with a cap flap 31. When the cap flap 31 is turned downward, the cap flap arrives at the first turning position and opens the insertion circuit of the connector part. At this time, a hinge 32 is preferably used to couple the cap flap 31 to the frame 18. When the cap flap 31 is next turned to the second turning position, the actual hole of the socket part 10 is closed by an upper side part 34 as shown by a dotted line in the frame 18. Further, the cap flap 31 is guided into the frame 18 to lock the closing state during the closing operation of the cap flap 31 by a cam 35 disposed at the upper side part 34 so as to project in a transverse direction.
