PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably secure the fixed periodicity of data collection without being affected by an operation system by reading time information from hardware via a device driver, and by sending out data request to a dynamometer at a fixed period. SOLUTION: For material test application AP, an interval timer IT is registered to hardware HW, a time-up flag is directly received from the interval timer IT on the hardware HW through a device driver DD, and time information is directly read. According to the time information, a data command is issued at each fixed time, and a measurement data is collected from the dynamometer at a fixed period, thus collecting data by continuously issuing data request at the fixed period without being affected by the operation of an operation system OS.
